Ronald Davidson – Inmate Penpal #111312-1210
November 13, 2012 ¤ Male Inmates Age 51 +, Prison Penpals Serving Life
I was born and raised in New York City.
I was arrested in the summer of 1972 for murder. I was convicted after a jury trial and was sentenced for 25 to life for the shooting deaths of three men. I have been eligible for parole with my next parole board April 2013.
While imprisoned, I availed myself of various College programs before these programs became unavailable to prisoners. As a result, I was able to obtain an Associates degree in Science and Liberal Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community and Human Services.
If I am fortunate enough to be granted parole at my next appearance, I would like to enroll in graduate school to obtain a Master of Social Work Degree. I enjoy exercising, reading, doing legal research and studying Law in the prisons Law library.
I would like to develop a long-term relationship with a woman that shares any of my interests. Race and age are unimportant. A sentence of 25 to life is what is known as an indeterminate sentence under New York law. Thus, it is totally up to the parole board as to when I will be released from prison.
I enjoy music and classic films. I also love animals. Dogs and cats in particular (I had several dogs growing up). Sports that I engaged in prior to prison included skiing, swimming, and water skiing. Occasionally I went bowling.
I hope to hear from you soon.
