I was born and raised in New York City, and in my teen years I was heavily involved in music. Although I grew up in Church, I wasn’t saved until I came to prison. In 2009 I was ordained into the ministry and in January of 2011 I was accepted in the C.I.U. Bible Program for 2 years. I graduated in December of 20122 and received my Associate of Arts Degree.
I am furthering my education by taking classes with the Hobe Sound Bible College to receive a B.A. in Christian Studies. I am also writing a detective novel in hopes of getting it published. Since I was blessed to receive a $40,000 education for free, I have attempted to give back by holding classes and teaching courses in Bible Studies, counseling and mentoring young men who are struggling in life. Good people can make bad choices, but only bad people let these bad choices define their life. Good people, on the other hand, learn from bad choices and re-direct their life accordingly. This philosophy best describes how I embrace each new day. Every day is a gift from God that must be lived with humility and not with self-righteousness. I don’t wear a mask, but I do wear my heart on my sleeve!
I am a simple man, not prone to following the crowd. I am not impressed by luxury, nor am I persuaded by the opinions of others without facts. I have learned (the hard way) to be less spontaneous and more calculated in my decisions, as all decisions have unintended consequences. I am faithful to God, to family, and to my friends. I invest myself in relationships for life, not leverage. But make no mistake about me
