Hello, my name is Steve Hipps.

I am currently serving a 196-245 month sentence in the NC Department of Corrections. My projected release date is April of 2024. I hope and pray that my health and spirits hold up during the coming years.

My main objective in signing up with the Inmate Outreach Program is to make new friends on the outside that know and understand that not all people in prison are bad.
