Paul Russell Davis – Inmate Penpal #122111-1322
December 21, 2011 ¤ Male Inmates Age 18 - 21
Please don’t judge me by my crime. Read my story and respond because you feel in your heart that I deserve companionship to help pass the time and keep me busy si I can focus on never returning like my fellow inmates.
My actual sentence date was 9.15.2010
I am a young man who let a moment of anger get the best of me, which I took responsibility for from the moment of the crime. I am very honest, sincere, hard working, and very humorous young man who has never commited a crime before this.
My honesty and integrity did not benefit my case and I accept the sentence I was given even though I was told that for once in my life, my honesty worked against me.
I immediately sought help, therapy, anger management and fatherhood classes before the first court proceeding, let alone sentencing or DHS workers had told me to.
I truely wanted answers how I could have done such a thing. If I wasn’t in prison the DHS court would have given me my parental rights. They were in awe because they have never had a case where the father was honest from the beginning, wanting the best for his son.
While I have lost everything. My career, my wife and child, I find great happiness in one thing. My son is perfectly healthy having no long-term damage.
I live in my own prison in my mind because of my guilt and I will live with that for the rest of my life whether I am behind prison walls or not.
I get along with all people. We are all gods children. I don’t judge by race, religon, appearance or social standing.I have a great whity sense of humor that can really liven up anyones spirits.
I was brought up without much money and have no regrets whatsoever. My mother brought me up to take care of myself, not to depend on a woman for anything I can do myself. I do housework, love to cook, and I love to make people around me happy.
Please give me a chance. I really need conversation outside these walls.
Please help share me on Facebook and Twitter!
