John Perry – Inmate Penpal #032812-0141
March 28, 2012 ¤ Male Inmates Age 41 - 45
Hello distant friend!
My name is John and I’m sincerely posting this in hopes of obtaining someone to share a brief thought with from time-to-time.
I believe strongly in the fact that everyone needs someone. “People need people”.
I also believe that just because of a mistake, that someone should not have to suffer from loneliness, boredom and limited contact with others.
I don’t think that inmates are given the basic human respect that all of us deserve and need.
Allow me to express myself further. I’m a 44 year old, God fearing African American male that has a love and lust for life. I’m from a very small town thats a few miles outside of Houston, Texas.
I was raised in a very stable environment, and showered with nothing but love from my parents. My hobbies consisted of swimming, biking, spending time with my many nieces and nephews, and helping my mother at the community Center in the old neighborhood. The Martin Luther King Center.
I also love to watch old movies and have a deep respect for music; R&B, 60’s – 70’s rock, and a little bit of the blues.
Since I’ve been incarcerated, I mostly spend my days reading, working out, writing and meditating. I love history books, biographies, autobiographies, and just about anything that will please and appease the mind.
Last but not least, I believe in the Creator of all things, God. I have developed a profound respect for him, and all the many beautiful people and things that He has created.
It is my most sincere wish to hopefully find a good and sincere, mature friend to share my thoughts with from time-to-time.
May God bless and keep everyone that reads my humble words. Sincerely…. John.
Please help share me on Facebook and Twitter!
