Gerald Lewis – Inmate Penpal #062412-1038
June 24, 2012 ¤ Male Inmates Age 41 - 45, Prison Penpals Serving Life
With a perpetuance for excitement I have lived a crazy life.
My motivation has always been two things… money and women. By combining the two it guaranteed me an exciting journey filled with pain and pleasure. As a result I have made many bad choices so it’s imperative that I reconstruct myself from the inside out if I expect to salvage what little life I have left.
Even though I’m comfortable with who I am now, I still believe everyone has room for improvement. Change is not easy and people will often encounter distractions in all forms. At this point a person’s opinion of me is not relevant. In my life I have always done things others have deemed controversial, intensive or immoral. So the opinions of a few people in a world filled with millions carries absolutly no weight.
Learning new behavior in terms of providing myself with other options besides the ones I have grown accustom to using has been extremely difficult. You have to create a new dialogue with yourself, one that will inspire change. Remaining in a calm state of mind is also condusive when attempting to execute new methods that will enhance quality of life.
No one can implement change in an irrational, aggressive or confrontational state of mind. Those emotional states are all considered distractions and will eventually hinder your process.
I knew jail, prison and even death were all the consequences of the life I was living. So I’m not complaining. I am just simply trying to adjust to my current situation. The law of attraction is always in effect. What you think about you brings into existence so it’s healthier to celebrate good thoughts and good feelings. That will ensure positive results.
Imagination is the preview of what life will attract. You have to create your own universe. A universe that reflects positive energy, because energy can be transferred to someone else. Whatever you generate will come back in full circle to rest at your doorstep. Whether the energy is negative or positive, both are highly contagious. Negative energy is a disease that can spread as easy as a common cold.
In due time all those who have been exposed to it will be infected. So it’s imperative that I create a peaceful atmosphere to strengthen my immune system to prevent possible infections.
In my life I have had the privilage of meeting some of the most amazing women in the world. All were different and unique. The last entity I faced was Karma. Being falsely accused of crimes I never committed and given assessive time for it only demonstrates how powerful Karma truely is.
No one can expect to live a certain type of life that is harmful to others without one day becoming a victim of their own philosophies, concepts, or theories. I am a victim of Karma, and many more have met similar fate or worse. No matter how bad it gets I have to remain on this path to redemption and self-prosperity because with faith comes adversity, and adversity builds character.
God has brought me a long way and he won’t abandon me now. When it becomes too dark for me to see He will provide me with light. When it gets too cold, He will provide me with warmth, and when I become too weak to continue this journey, He will carry me.
It’s easier to build a boy than it is to mend a man. Photos are over ten years old. I will send up to date photos.
