My name is Miles Jefferson Thomas II and I am 30 years old, I am from Houston Texas.

I am seeking friends to write and get to know, hoping we can motivate and inspire each other. I am currently incarterated for assault and bodily injury to police but, honestly it was self defense.

I was attacked by three county jail deputies, and I made the choice to fight back. I do regret my choice because I have to be away from my two beautiful little girls till I am granted parole or I finish my sentence.

I love my children so much, and it kills me to be away from them like this, please keep them and me in your prayers.

I consider myself a fairly normal guy who got himself into a really bad situation.

I made some really stupid decisions while drinking and it cost me more than I could ever have imagined. I ended up in prison! Not to imply that I was perfect before this, I had my share of problems in life, But I never thought I’d end up here. Anyway, more details about that when you write.

The worst thing about prison, is the idle time and boredom. On the outside, I remember thinking I never had enough time in a day. It seemed like I was always busy and there was always more stuff to get done. I would give anything to have that problem again. Here, its the opposite.
